Desktop Support for CREST Members
PC support can be provided direct to your computer. To obtain the support software, click on the adjacent blue button.
Mac computers cannot be assisted via this software as it is only Microsoft compatible. Once the software is downloaded, you can save the file on your PC and create a shortcut to your desktop if you wish.
The software has to be active each time a support person is required to assist you. This process is completely managed by you, the PC owner. It will only allow support personnel to assist you when you approve their access, which must occur each time you desire desktop support. No person can utilise this software to access your PC without your knowledge.
